Private Mortgage Notes-These are notes held by individuals or corporations (Not banks or finance companies)
Business Notes- These are notes held by individuals or corporations who have sold a business
Mortgage Note Pools-These are traditional mortgage notes or hard money notes held by banks or other type lenders
